MISSING ITEMS
Alright..alright...here's an incident that happened last two weeks..i guess..
I've been doing design works for 10 odd years and have been taking care of sites & projects for the same amount of time as well...so far...no problem..but somehow, i had this project recently, my aunt's house actually, to renovate..the renovation was smooth and everything was fine until after the handover...i got a phone call from her ..she told me her stuffs are gone..missing..stolen...and as per normal, she pointed her finger at my workers.. Thats not fair...i dont think so...
Since she did not renovate her kitchen, she left all her stuff in a few transluscent plastic containers and leave it in the kitchen. Guess what??..the missing items are all my cousins stuff such as T-shirt shorts, sports bra..socks..the best part, g-strings are also missing...its girls stuff...
I donno what to say... at the first place, of all the stuff there, only my cousin's ( a girl ) stuff were missing...i don't see any reason why my workers want to nick off girls stuff..well, from the items that are missing there are 11 items altogether...most of it are sports apparel.
So my aunt and uncle ask for conpensation...and what did i reply..?? I said no. probably....her daughter misplaced them( she's the untidy sort who just placed her stuff anyhow,anywhere)... they insist i have to hold responsible for the missing items...i said..i don't even know that the stuff are there at the first place...they didn't inform me so is it fair for me to conpensate them..? Unless you list all the items and show me everything before i start renovating your house and only then i will conpensate you.
So there you have it..a problem...its not a big deal actually...its just a story i wish to share with you guys...btw, my cousin says she is going to make a police report... well i told her to make a report if she likes..and i will do likewise...but, if the missing stuff are found probably misplaced, then my company will sue for false accusation....don't beg me for mercy...

If ko conpensate susah, if ko tak conspensate pun susah.
If ko tak conpensate, nti dorang can tell tales to others, nanti nama ko jugak tercemar.
If ko conpensate nanti from coli to suar dalam, dorang upgrade nanti ckp barang kemas lah, handphone lah, pager lah, tv lah, toilet bowl lah... Heheheheh

Is next time don't renovate relative's house arrr..problemm..so did you compensate..??
